We, at Perfect Pixel, have been extremely busy with existing customers, and didn't seem to be able to find any time for social media advertising. The posts we were doing were not regular enough and not done to maximum effect, as we were still learning.
As Donna is a virtual assistant, I felt this could really benefit us, as we are not in the position to take on contracted staff yet but need to offload certain things.
Donna has taken over our social media advertising, designing 2 adverts a week. These adverts look extremely professional and show off our vast range of products superbly. Donna recently completed her second session of QuickBooks training for my staff members. This was to a higher level and designed to fill the gaps following their experience with the system following the first session.
The content of the course was left to Donna and my people. I sat in on most of the first session. Donna was friendly, approachable, flexible and competent, in what were very bespoke sessions.

I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my thanks and gratitude to Donna at White Feather Services for the Microsoft Excel training course she delivered to me on the 20th of March 2019. I asked Donna for a one to one training session on Excel as even though I had a basic knowledge, I knew there were short cuts and methods to speed up my data entry and save me time and eventually money.
During the training Donna was clear and precise on all the chapters covered. I was allowed to "drive" the training, allowing me to actually work on Excel as Donna guided me through the different chapters. Being able to work at my own pace and ask questions without having the fear or pressure from other people made the whole experience more enjoyable and far more beneficial than sitting in a large classroom watching a power point and trying to take notes, as for the most part I find that you either miss or forget the crucial information that wasn't covered in detail.
I found the cost of the training to be more competitive than going to a training centre and included in the cost was a training booklet which I was able to take away with me to refer back to if I couldn't remember all the training. The booklet alone is worth the money paid for the training.
I am now more confident and efficient using Excel and have no doubt that if I require any training on computer programmes that White Feather Services would be my first point of call and would recommend them to family, friends and colleagues without hesitation.

I was expecting a real nightmare but you have made it so easy for me handling both the new Sales invoices and Purchase invoices.
