My name is Donna and I'm the founder of White Feather Services.
Based in Norfolk, I have worked in a variety of sectors over the years. Not only do I have 21 years' experience in administration, but I also have managerial, IT, accounting, secretarial and marketing experience. I am very good at multitasking and am exceptionally well organised.

Adopting a "can do" attitude, I offer my clients a service that is second-to-none. I thrive under pressure, have the passion and drive to succeed and I love a challenge. I am very entrepreneurial and have spent my life learning new skills and setting new goals. In 2011, during my maternity leave with my second child, I set up my own homemade scone business and organised two local produce (farmers) markets. I know what it takes to run a successful business.

My most recent employment spanned 6 years in the NHS as a Manager and IT Lead. I have discretion, am reliable and trustworthy and I truly understand the importance of confidentiality.

I set up White Feather Services because I enjoy helping people and have a wealth of knowledge to share. I believe that variety is the spice of life and I am proud to be able to offer a diverse range of services, putting all my experience and skills to good use.
