Summer is upon us and whilst everyone is enjoying the sunshine and lighter evenings, Summer can be a nightmare for businesses as employees take a much longed-for holiday. Have you heard someone recently complaining that there just aren't enough hours in the day?! Perhaps someone in your own office is feeling the pressure of trying to cover another person's workload as well as their own?
